About Us
At Lemon Tree Estates, we offer a 55+ community in Mission, Texas. Our HOA provides a range of amenities including an air-conditioned recreation hall, billiards, swimming pool with hot tub, and shuffleboard courts. With several golf courses nearby, you'll never be far from outdoor activities. Lemon Tree Estates is a 55+ Home Owner's Association that prides itself on maintaining a peaceful and welcoming community for its residents. The association has strict covenants and bylaws in place to ensure that the neighborhood remains a desirable place to live for its members. It is important for potential residents to carefully read and understand these covenants and bylaws before making the decision to move into Lemon Tree Estates and to be sure these documents align with their own values and preferences. In Lemon Tree Estates, owners own the land as well as the unit that is on it. Lemon Tree Estates is owned and run by the lot owners. Lot owners elect a Board of 11 members to operate and maintain the park.
